You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 3.3 Content and Compliance You are solely responsible for the content, data, and code used in your generated Chatbots ("User Content"). You warrant that: You own the User Content or have the right to use it. The User Content and the use of the Chatbots you build do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. Your use of the Service and User Content complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and electronic communication. 4. Prohibited Uses You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service: To create Chatbots that generate or disseminate spam, malware, or otherwise malicious content. To create Chatbots that promote discrimination, illegal acts, or violence. To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or compromise the security of the platform. To impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Our Property The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shaima Info Tech and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Shaima Info Tech. 5.2 Your Content Shaima Info Tech claims no ownership or control over any User Content submitted, posted, or displayed by you on or through the Service. You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. 6. Fees and Payment Access to the Service is subject to the payment of fees as detailed on our pricing page.
